     The following is a complete listing of Messier Objects with links to among the finest images that the Jupiter Scientific staff could find on the Internet. If you are able to find a better image of an object, please contact us at admin@jupiterscientific.org.

     Next to each listing below is information about the Messier Object obtainable through a link to the Students for the Exploration and Development of Space (SEDS). The New General Catalog (NGC) number is given if assigned.

     The thumbnail image not only labels a Messier Object but also provides what it might look like in an amateur telescope. The last item in the first row of a listing is a link to a constellation map at SEDS.
