Psalm VI: Give Thanks Unto Nature

Give thanks unto Nature.
Make known her laws among all men.
Let the heart of them rejoice that see her truths.
Speak of Nature's wondrous works,
for great is her design.
And she is to be feared above all gods,
for the gods of people are just idols,
but Nature made the heavens.
She has given thee, who are the living,
the earth of Earth, the lot of thy inheritance.
The seeds of life, Earth's living creatures,
be they her children, the chosen ones.
Let be glad the heavens, let rejoice the Earth,
and let thy voice so sayeth, 'Nature reigneth.'
Let the sea roar; let the stalks of wheat bendeth beneath a wind.
Be ye mindful of her commandments,
which be unchanging and diverse.
Blessèd be her hand.
And of her marvellous works, be they remembered.
Her temple be the Universe.
Amen.
